





The EFOY ProShelter is a long-term autonomous power station designed for the most critical and remote applications. It seamlessly integrates EFOY Fuel Cells, methanol fuel cartridges, and solar and/or wind power, working together to maintain a shared battery bank that reliably feeds the equipment. With space for customer-installed systems, it provides a drop-deployable, all-in-one solution in a single insulated enclosure optimized for ultra-reliable performance in extreme weather conditions.
EFOY ProShelter Hybrid systems are built to deliver 12–24 months of autonomous energy, depending on your needs. They ensure continuous power for remote surveillance, border monitoring, communication nodes, and critical Arctic infrastructure, operating for months or even years without on-site maintenance. With a low acoustic and thermal signature and near-emission-free operation, the ProShelter is ideal for sensitive defense and security operations, providing discreet, reliable performance in the harshest environments on Earth.
Benefits of the EFOY ProShelter
When a solar array or wind turbine fails to deliver enough power, the EFOY(s) automatically switches on to ensure the battery bank is maintained at a healthy charge level. When solar or wind can once again provide sufficient power, the Fuel Cell(s) returns to standby mode.
The EFOY ProShelter provides up to 2.5 kW of power and can be configured to your exact requirements. Solar panels, wind turbines, fuel cells, and fuel capacity are all fully scalable.
EFOY ProShelter Hybrid solutions deliver up to 30–50% total cost-of-ownership savings over alternative off-grid technologies.
EFOY Pro Fuel Cells can be remotely connected, enabling operators to monitor and control the system without being on site. Remote monitoring is available via Modbus TCP or the EFOY Cloud for EFOY Pro’s 2800 and via Modbus RTU for EFOY Pro’s 12000.
The EFOY ProShelter minimizes maintenance effort and operating costs, enabling reduced site visits and eliminating the need for diesel refuelling.
