Our communication hub, designed as a vehicle trailer, provides broadband communication to authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS): for emergencies, major catastrophes and events. With SATCOM and / or LTE it connects with mobile and central control hubs and centers. At the site itself, a self-routing ad hoc network based on „HiMoNN“ nodes can be set up without IT experts. The Vikomobil is energy self-sufficient for up to several weeks thanks to the integrated fuel cell. Applications such as guidance systems and video applications can be added easily.
In the event of a crisis, major catastrophes and events, a trouble-free power supply is not guaranteed or in the worst case not available. And to get along without power supply, which may be the case especially for natural disasters, you need a solution that is ready to use immediately and without complicated commissioning. Generators run mostly with diesel and are maintenance-intensive. That was no option for us.

The autarky and the long runtime without service is the key to success for us. The quiet operation is also important for an operation in inhabited area. Who wants to have a generator all day in front of house? With the EFOY Pro 12000 Duo we are flexible and prepared for every operation case.
The EFOY Pro is connected with the batteries via an UPS system with the consumers and starts when needed. In case of availability, we can also fall back on mains current via a grid feed-in. In this case, the EFOY Pro 12000 Duo is in standby mode, the batteries are charged via the UPS.

In use, the EFOY Pro fuel cell provides an optimal power supply and in addition, the fuel cartridge replacement is very simple and can be performed by the service staff quickly and easily.
